- This position is responsible for the delivery of service excellence for all calls received within the Call Centre.

- This includes providing accurate and relevant product information and understanding the requirements of customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide friendly and responsive customer service on the phone to both internal and external customers by using excellent customer service skills

- Report inbound, outbound and social media respond.

- Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action

- Answering customer inquiry through Facebook Messenger, Telegram and other official Pi Pay social media channel. Friendly and Professional answering and asking customer questions

- Perform customer KYC check and screening list. handling customer complain and received dispute and address to related team

- Keeping the customer up to date with the progress of any escalated enquiries.

- Selling of additional products and functionality where possible to the advantage of the customer

- Daily monitoring transaction

- Respond merchant and agent question

- Work closely with related team specially operations team

- Another task that provide by Supervisor or Manager

REQUIREMENT
  • Degree/Professional qualifications or equivalent.
  • No experience or mini 1-year experience
  • Skill on data entry and good at MS office.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to maintain interpersonal customer relationships.
