Product Development Officer

- Assist Product Development Team on researching new product, develop new product by preparing specification and flows.

- Lead Designs and/or develops new products, including possible proprietary items, according to the organization’s Product Development plan. Research, creates and builds prototypes to satisfy product design specifications.

-  Continually evaluates and searches for improvements to existing products according to changing customer needs, product complaints/dissatisfaction or internal production/servicing difficulties. Reviews adaptation of existing products for new applications or other customer markets.

- Assist in the planning, design, and development of test requirement and any special testing equipment /apparatus to establish product and/or customer specifications; direct and performs testing of prototype accordingly, development change notices, product reliability and performance requirement.

- Creates and assist in the development of development documentation for new products or product changes documentation may include freehand sketches, detail drawings/schematics, draft bill of materials, development change notices, product specification and production instructions.

- Conduct day-to-day project coordinator, services integration, and implement across multiple teams

- Determines customer’s needs and desire by specifying the research needed to obtain market information, new products and trending technologies

- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirement; apprising new product ideas

- Developing functionality specification documents and system flows for all products

- Facilitating the scrum events

- Managing the product backlog(s) and monitor on the project progresses

- Working closely with software team to prepare product development plan and timeline.

- Support software and QA team to ensure that all functionalities are working following business requirement and assist them to replicate the known issues.

- Coordinate on production releases activities

- Documenting the training material and provide user training for the new products or service.

- Perform other duties as requested by Line Manager.

- University student or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis.

- Knowledgeable in analysis, technology, testing, UX/UI, and reading API documentation

- Experience in payment, mobile application and back-end

- Having knowledge in software development and understand SDLC & Agile methodology – is a plus

- Ability to communicate effectively with staff in non-scientific positions

- Ability to explain technical aspect in simplified terms

- Strong project management and organization skill

- Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams
