- DevOps Leadership & Management:

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.

- Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), focusing on performance, security, and cost.

- Implement and enforce robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution.

- Champion infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and manage tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) through automated processes and audits.

- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- Manage relationships with cloud providers and other technology vendors.

Solution Architect

- Lead the design and evolution of our technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

- Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices for development and infrastructure.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve our platform and processes.

- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Create and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams.

General

- Drive collaboration between development, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for architecture and infrastructure initiatives.

- Communicate technical strategies and operational status clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in a senior technical role, with significant experience in both Solution Architecture and DevOps.

- 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role, leading infrastructure or architecture teams.

- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available systems, preferably in a cloud environment.

- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services.

- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and database concepts.

- Demonstrated knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements relevant to the fintech industry.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions
