A Front Office Supervisor in a hotel is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. They also supervise and train front desk staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and work to improve guest satisfaction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directing and controlling the activities of the Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Activities
  • Adjustments to bills or complimentary rooms to compensate for inconvenience
  • Must ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department objectives and policies
  • Responding properly and taking a supervisory role in any hotel emergency or safety situations, as well as ensuring the proper controls and instructions of said emergency procedures to the Rooms Division
  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service
  • Maintaining a professional work environment
  • Providing Staff supervision and administrative support for Condo and Hotel
  • Problem solving with Customers
  • Providing on job training in hospitality to the staff
  • Daily report the income of Condo and Hotel
  • Managing monthly roster, daily activities and record staff attendance
  • Working as multiple team
  • Providing good service and hospitality to the customers
  • Working closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication
  • Billing the money from customers and controlling guests check in-out
  • Checking all kind of booking via online and bill
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Tourism or related field
  • Must have experience in Front Office Supervision in Hotel or Condo
  • Have experience in staff management
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to use computer literacy (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
  • Minimum 2 years experiences working on above field with the Hotel/Condominium
  • Good in English both writing and speaking
