The Country Manager will be responsible for managing real estate operations, overseeing lease administration, and finding more korean customers and oversea customers activities to buy and selling condo and villa in cambodia, The Country Manager will also develop strategies to optimize property performance and liaise with stakeholders to ensure corporate objectives are met.

• Proficiency in finding more customer to buy and selling condo and villa
• Experience with selling condo and villa from Real Estate agency
• Knowledge of Real Estate (condo and villa in cambodia)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent selling, marketing, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in Seoul, Korea
• Good in speaking Korean and English
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is an advantage
