A Personal Assistant (PA) provides administrative and organizational support to individuals, typically executives or managers, in both professional and personal settings. Their duties encompass a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and arranging travel. PAs also often act as the first point of contact for their employer, filtering and prioritizing communications and requests
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Communication: Serving as the first point of contact, answering phone calls, managing emails, and relaying messages.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and creating itineraries.
- Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
- Personal Errands: Running errands, shopping for groceries, or performing other personal tasks as needed.
- Household Management: Overseeing household staff, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth household operations.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Auditing: Overseeing the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Reporting to Stakeholders: Communicating financial performance to shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience supporting executive leadership in fast-paced organizations.
- Proven experience as a Personal, Executive Assistant in a corporate setting.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting and financial management practices.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and professionalism under pressure.
- Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and adaptable with a willingness to travel.
- Good in Chinese and English speaking
