Senior Network Infrastructure Officer

We are looking for a Network & Infrastructure Supervisor to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure, data center, call center system, CCTV, security system and servers. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs. Additionally, you will train and support for troubleshooting that Network & Infrastructure Engineer cannot perform.

• Install and maintenance Pi Pay’s Data Center facilities.

• Coordinate with Wirecard’s Data Center team on server specification customization and database backup/replication between live, backup and UAT servers.

• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Wi-Fi access point, VPN, QoS, VLAN)

• Configure and install servers (e.g. Windows Servers, CentOS, Ubutu, VMWare, VSphere, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, MS SqlServer, MySQL, MarialDB, PosgtreSQL, Oracle … etc)

• Configure and maintenance AVAYA Call Center System

• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning

• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues

• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Master of Computer Science is preferred

• Experiences in Network and Infrastructure at least 3 years

• Security prevention concept

• Experienced with data center facilities

• Well in Linux, Windows Server and Network

• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills

• Very good in speaking, writing English

• Ability to work with people - project management skills are essential

• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills both in Khmer and English
