Technical Support (presales and postsales)
• Pre-sales technical support
- Attend meetings with sales to understand customers technical requirements
- Provide service demonstrations to customer
- Oversee customers during their testing process to ensure successful integration
• Post-sales technical support
- Investigate any technical issues customer is facing
- Ensure highest level of customer service.
- Gather customer feedback
- Testing of new features being released to customers
REQUIREMENT
• Customer focused
• Completed university or in final year.
• Studied in IT or programming
• Work experience in customer support or technical support
• Can speak English or Chinese (or both)
• Can Work as a Team
