1. Scope of work management
2. Time, quality and integration Management
3. Managing &leading MEP team on site
4. Prepare a detail plan and conclude the main activity for managing work
5. Managing and modify any changes in the scope of work project
6. Monitoring project expense to align with pre-planned cash flows
7. Ensure that the project implement in accordance with the pre-planned Criteria
8. Manage and coordinating with project Stakeholder (Owner consultant contractor….)
9. Monitoring and managing the transmitted with project that need to send to project stakeholder
10. Monitoring and controlling the VO and progress claim
11. Follow up and manage achieve of project document
12. Monitoring and control in the procurement material that need to use in the project
13. Monitoring and control in the material in warehouse report
14. Monitoring and manage the workforce budget
15. Delivering the project according to plan and reporting on its status to owner and consultant.

1. Master or Bachelor Degree of Mechanical and electrical Engineer or Equivalent
2. Work experience at least 15 years with MEP Project
3. Able to manage multi project
4. Basic computer skills required (Ms. Word, Excel, PPT, outlook, CAD, Ms. project
5. Excellent Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
6. Leadership and coaching skills
7. Excellent organization and problem solving skills
8. Strong understand of formal project management methodologies
9. Cost and risk manage skills
10. Ability to make importance decision under pressure
11. Time management Skills
12. Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large projects.
