1.  To survey installation work progress by material were installed.
2.  Do report installation progress as breakdown and drawing highlight.
3.  Assist in preparing and reviewing MEP quantity takeoffs and bills of quantities.
4.  Control PR to compare with BOQ contract.
5.  Monitor and track project costs against budgets and identify potential cost-saving measures.
6.  Assist in contract administration, including issuing variations, processing claims, and preparing progress payments.
7. Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports.

1.  Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
2. Understanding of about MEP systems.
3. Able to work under pressure.
4.  Able to use Autodesk, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and/or Power Point).
5.  Able to use English both speaking and writing.
6.  Honestly, Hard Work, Flexible and Reliable person.
