Senior Pitboss ($1100-$1300)

The Pit Boss is responsible for supervising all gaming activities on the casino floor within assigned pits. This role ensures that games are operated according to established policies and regulatory standards, maintains high levels of customer service, and oversees dealers and other gaming personnel. The Pit Boss is also responsible for detecting and preventing cheating, resolving disputes, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

• Supervise and monitor table games and personnel within assigned pit areas.
• Ensure all games are dealt fairly, accurately, and in compliance with gaming regulations.
• Manage dealer performance, provide guidance and feedback, and report disciplinary issues.
• Resolve guest complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and report any suspicious or irregular activity to security or surveillance.
• Coordinate with floor supervisors, dealers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of table fills, credits, and other game-related transactions.
• Assist in training new table game staff and support continuous development of team members.
• Enforce internal controls and gaming laws and regulations.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to promote guest satisfaction and game integrity.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred).
• Minimum years of experience in casino gaming operations, with at least [X] years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of table games including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations calmly.
• Familiarity with local gaming regulations and compliance standards.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required by local jurisdiction.
