CCTV Operator ($500 - $800)

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating the closed-circuit television (CCTV) system and other surveillance equipment to ensure the safety and security of the premises, patrons, and staff. The role involves identifying suspicious activity, enforcing compliance with internal controls, and supporting investigations related to incidents or policy violations.

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all designated areas of the premises.
• Detect and report any suspicious, illegal, or unusual activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or appropriate authorities.
• Conduct real-time surveillance of casino operations, including gaming tables, slot machines, cash handling areas, and public spaces.
• Review recorded footage to assist in investigations and provide evidence for security incidents or internal reviews.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of observations, incidents, and actions taken during the shift.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly; report malfunctions or technical issues immediately.
• Assist in investigations involving theft, fraud, policy violations, and other breaches.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required, providing video evidence and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance operations and sensitive information.
• Adhere to all company policies, local gaming laws, and privacy regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in CCTV operations, surveillance, or security preferred.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems, digital video recorders (DVRs), and monitoring software.
• Familiarity with casino operations and gaming regulations is a plus.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain alert and focused during long periods of monitoring.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license, if required by jurisdiction.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, video review software).
