Store Manager

We are currently seeking for quality and dynamic candidate to join our team.

Job Position:  Store Manager

Duties and Responsibilities (timeframe, details, appendix, reason):

• Manage daily store operations such as goods, staff, equipment and cleanliness;
• Handling staff matters such as hiring, training, assessing……;
• Ensure delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Handling customer feedback, inquiry and complaint;
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones;
• Check stock and make purchase order to supplier;
• Prepare and process payment to suppliers;
• Monitoring inventory levels, stock count, reconcile, and keep track of inventory;
• Control and check daily revenue and expenditure;
• Monthly check cash and bank reconciliation;
• Prepare and submit monthly petty cash and expense;
• Prepare monthly sales report to superior;
• Other tasks to be assigned by superior.

Skill and Requirement

• Bachelor degree
• 4-5 years in running Food & Beverage store experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good in English both speaking and written
• Good in leadership skills.  

Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Sunday, one day off per week
• From 7:30am to 04:30pm
