Purchasing Officer

LSH (Cambodia) Pte. Ltd is one of the leading Food and Beverage Supplier in Cambodia and we are currently seeking for qualify and dynamic candidate to join our team.

Job Position: Purchasing Officer (1 Position)

Responsibility:

• Make cost comparison.
• Checking on document (sale contract, PI, or Invoice) when received from Vendors.
• Updated cost by vendors.
• Monitor stock levels: controlling inventory levels to avoid stock-out situations.
• Make Purchase Report.
• Purchasing Tracking: Order date, ETD, ETA, and Payment.
• Make Sale Report by brand.
• Make purchase requisition and purchase order.
• Other tasks required by Manager/Boss.

Working day

• Monday to Half Saturday 
• From 8:00am to 5:30pm

Requirement:

• At least graduated bachelor degree of Business Administrative or relevant fields.
• 2-3 years experience in purchasing.
• Good interpersonal and communication.
• Good in Microsoft office.
• Experience handling oversea good purchasing.
• Good both in English speaking and written.
