We are looking for a proactive and experienced Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) Technician to join our Cold Drink Equipment Department. In this role, you will be responsible for service maintaining cold drink equipment efficiency both in the market and onsite to increase their life span, avoid disruptions in service due to equipment failure, and improve the efficiency of the machines, thereby saving energy costs, minimize downtime and should the failures do occur, perform a quick diagnosis and repair to get the equipment back in service as quick as possible. The CDE Technician ensures the condition of the beverage fountain system is optimal in dispensing beverages with the right quality at all times.

Job Location: Base in Kampong Cham

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and preventive maintenance on cold drink equipment to identify and address any potential issues before they become major problems.
• Install new cold drink equipment at customer sites and provide operational training to clients as needed.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the maintenance and repair of cold drink equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and develop effective maintenance solutions to minimize downtime and ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Provide emergency on-site assistance and repair services to ensure minimal downtime of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, service schedules, service reports, and customer interactions.

• Minimum 1-year experience in maintenance of Cold Drink Equipment system
• Technical or vocational training in Cold Drink Equipment repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of the principle of cooling and beverage dispensing system
• Proven experience in repairing refrigeration systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical units.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to communicate in English or other languages will be great advantages.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
