Invoicing Officer

Invoicing Officer will process issues Sale order, Shipment, Invoice to customer. Check and control all invoice from office to warehouse team and from warehouse team back to office, Count Stock, Prepared Sales Forecast.

• Issue and raising invoices to customers and developing reports.
• Responsible for daily customer invoicing
• Prepare customer statements in regular basis
• Check and correct invoices to Purchase Orders
• Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
• Daily invoicing entry into computer system and ensure accuracy and completeness of invoicing for all sale transactions
• Ensure the selling price for all transactions are within the approved margin
• Maintain invoicing file/records by batch in accordance the established protocol
• Issue sales order in to sage system
• Issue shipment in to sage system.
• Raise invoices in to sage system
• Check and Combine File Shared (Invoice) before sent to Warehouse Team
• Follow up invoices from warehouse after delivered
• Check and Verified information completed on invoices with Daily Invoice Report receive back from Warehouse Team Before send to Accounting
• Inform to Accounting Team for need to make Credit Note
• Prepare final Invoice Complete set
• Other duties are assigned from Finance Manager if it is necessary and urgent.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 1 years’ experience in accounting field.
• MS Word and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge in Sage ACCPAC ERP is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and have team spirit
• Good in both written and spoken English.
