Accounting Supervisor

• Managing account receivables, account payables (find solutions for long unsettled balance); Intercompany balance reconciliation, fixed assets register, and cash flows
• Preparing for financial audit and coordinating the audit process;
• Coordinating and deal with external auditor and banker;
• Assessing staff’s performance, effectively communicating with them, and maintaining a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions;
• Liaising between staffs and manager;
• Providing training to team;
• Verifying payments before sending for approval;
• Prepare, examine, analyses accounting records, financial statement and assess accuracy of financial report, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Preparation of monthly accrual for monthly closing
• To ensure that accounting record and taxable has been reconcile
• Ensure month end closing activities are complete with the agreed timeline to produce the financial report of companies
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Follow up outstanding advance
• To ensure that all prepaid schedule to comply with accrual concept.
• Check and verifies all of AR/AP/Fixed Asset and Stock Inventory work to follow with accounting standard and company policies.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Other tasks assigned by management

Accounting Supervisor works closely with finance and accounting team in department. He/she will support to ensure the procedure or data collection are meet with deadline and properly. Standard cost of products has to revise annually or quarterly depend on the inflation to reflex financial performance.

• Knowledge: Knowledge in Cambodian Taxation, Accounting, Finance, and Cost Accounting
• Skills : Advance Excel, Ms. Offices, Communication, and Leadership, Odoo System
• Abilities: Problem Solving, Positive Attitude, Work under pressure
