We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead and manage all aspects of HR and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, and office management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance administrative efficiency with effective people management to support our company's growth and employee satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring, Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts, foster a positive working environment and culture, Implement and manage employee recognition programs.
• Performance Management: Develop and manage a performance appraisal system, Work with management to set performance goals and objectives, Provide guidance on career development and progression.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and create or coordinate training programs, Support the development of employees through educational opportunities, coaching, and job assignments.
• Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage employee records and HR documentation, Oversee HR policies and procedures and ensure they are up to date and compliant.
• Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures, Administer payroll and benefits programs.
• HR Strategy and Planning: Develop HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, Prepare and manage the HR budget, Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
• Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, develop health and safety policies and procedures, Manage workplace health and safety programs

REQUIREMENT
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management or a related field
  • Good in Chinese
