Job Description

Key Deliverables

1. Daily communicate with customers and service providers, with provision of exceptional customer services in mind
2. Timely and accuracy data entry into Expeditors systems
3. Checking and verifying shipping documentations and store into Expeditors Document Image system.
4. Preparing and issuing required documents to customers.
5. Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including supporting department for process improvement and cost reduction
6. Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Expeditors Product and Service knowledge
7. Take on additional assignments as required, supporting company needs

Qualifications

Delivered Skill-Sets and Characteristics

1. Oral and written proficiency in the English language.
2. Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
3. Sense of urgency for goal achievement
4. Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
5. Timeliness and accountability for results
