Job Purpose
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across all departments within N&P Investment Group, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and quality service delivery. This role ensures smooth coordination between divisions (advertising, construction, paint distribution, etc.) and supports business growth through structured systems, team leadership, and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations Management
Supervise and streamline operations across all business units. Monitor timelines, resources, and workflows.

Strategic Execution
Translate strategic goals into operational plans. Implement process improvements.

People & Team Management
Lead department supervisors. Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.

Budget & Resource
Control Oversee budgeting and procurement. Work with finance to control costs.

Reporting & Analytics
Generate reports on KPIs and project status. Support data-driven decision-making.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to policies and laws. Resolve operational problems.

Communication & Coordination
Bridge communication between departments and executives. Represent company externally when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in multi-sector companies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  Excellent communication and people management abilities
• Experience in advertising, construction, or distribution is an advantage - Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software
• Bilingual: Fluent in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus)

Working Conditions
Based at N&P Group headquarters with occasional travel to project sites and business branches Full-time position with performance-based bonuses
