System Security Manager

System Security Lead execute security policies and controls, as well as assess vulnerabilities within a company. They are responsible for security systems management, mobile app security, POS app security and security violation investigation. He/she will be responsible for managing System Security Officer in team, administering, assuring and maintaining a unique communication system network. This network allows secure communication of critical mission data to multiple agencies and bases.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an information system and as such, works in close collaboration with the Systems Security Manager and plays an active role in monitoring a system and its environment. 

- Support External Audit by finding on Management Letter Pi Pay Report

- Prepare action plan remediation finding issue

- Support and coordinate CMS PCI DSS Projects

- Reconduct left over assessment and pending tasks

- Develop and renew Pi Pay, IT Policy and procedure in align with regulation compliance, technology Risk Management Guideline requirement (TRMG)

- Revision IT Policies documentation base on audit finding

- Prepare Data Collocation planning for 2023

- On side visit data centers SI Net, NTC and online ISP

- Support NBC monthly report (Statistic report on Cyber Attack)

- Develop hardening AWS Documents

- Review and enhance AWS cloud security

- Review AWS cloud infrastructure

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Engineering

- Certified of ethical hacking or network defender or equivalent security skills

- With at least 2 year of system security experience as well

- Security prevention concept

- Well in Linux, Windows Server and Network

- Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills

- Very good in speaking, writing English

- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills both in Khmer and English

- Must have a strong information security policy background

- Must have a strong understanding of systems and PC requirements (i.e., a working knowledge of the directives and governing policies governing information systems)

- Clear understanding of audits as they pertain to government information systems security

- Familiarity with data leakage protection technologies.

- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations

- Strong commitment to team environment
