Teaching and Curriculum Development

• Delivering effective English lessons: Employing various teaching methods and techniques to engage students and facilitate their understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans: Creating comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assessing student progress: Regularly evaluating students' learning through tests, quizzes, and assignments to monitor their progress and identify areas for improvement.

Classroom Management

• Maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment: Establishing and enforcing classroom rules and expectations to ensure student discipline and respect.
• Managing classroom behavior: Effectively addressing disruptive behavior and promoting positive classroom interactions.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere: Fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging student participation.

Student Support

• Providing individual attention: offering additional support and guidance to students struggling or requiring extra assistance.
• Encouraging and motivating students: Inspiring students to develop a love for learning and reach their full potential.
• Mentoring and advising students: Guiding on academic and personal matters, such as career paths and study habits.

Professional Development

• Participating in professional development activities: Attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and trends.
• Collaborating with colleagues: Sharing best practices and collaborating with other teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Reflecting on teaching practices: regularly evaluating their teaching methods and seeking opportunities for improvement.

• BE.d. in teaching English as a second language or equivalent quality. 
• More than 1 year of teaching experience. 
• Experience in managing mixed-ability students classrooms.
