REQUIREMENT
Reservation Officer
1. Holding Bachelors degree
2. At least 2 years experience Related to Opera System
3. Flexible on working long hour and changing shift
4. Efficiency of Spoken and written English language
5. Be able to perform all duties of Guest Services and assist at front desk as needed.
6. Communicate all relevant information to the operations staff.
7. Overseeing the operation of the reservation department
8. Fully responsible for room inventory and control
