PROJECT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

•  Oversee construction projects from conception to completion 
  
•  Review the project schedule deliverables and estimate costs 
  
•  Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations 
  
•  Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors 
  
•  Select tools, materials and equipment and monitor inventory 
  
•  Review the work progress on daily basis 
  
•  Prepare reports regarding job status 
  
•  Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses 
  
•  Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques 
  
• Other tasks 
  
•  Strong Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills 
  

Job Requirements 

•  Master or bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant field; 
  
•  Minimum of 10 years working experience; 
  
•  Experience in defining/developing project management processes, methods; 
  
•  Strong knowledge of project management; 
  
•  Very good in communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong, productive relationships; 
  
•  Computer literacy in Ms. Office, Ms. Project, AutoCAD Revit LT Suite 2015 or other relevant computer program; 
  
•  Excellent in communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.; 
  
•  Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner; 
  
•  High ability to communicate in English or other languages; 
  
•  Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
