BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Responsibilities
 

• Develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve allocated targets across the regions/ territories and ensuring business growth.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with the department to ensure efficient and effective operation of the team.
• Prepare forecasts against sales, planning and preparation of budgets, timely submission of reports and responsible for the profitability of the business. 
• Oversee and supervision of personnel, including work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Evaluate performance and motivate team members.
•  Develop solid and long-term business relationships with distributors and key outlets in the assigned territories. 
•  Work closely with the Marketing team in line with consumer marketing plans and brand strategies. 
•  Make frequent visits with sales professionals and provide support in closely business deal.

Job Requirements

•  Minimum qualification degree holder in Business Administration/ Marketing​ or related fields 
•  Minimum of 5years working experience; 
•  Experience in defining/developing project management processes, methods; 
•  Very good in communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong, productive relationships; 
•  Possess strong leadership and desire to excel 
•  Independent, results oriented and creative 
•  Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner; 
•  High ability to communicate in English or other languages, Chinese (Priority) 
•  Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
