Sale & Marketing Manager (Eye Care Service)

JOB Responsibility 

•  Co-ordinate with Regional & Country Management team to define business objectives and develop strategies for key product categories; 
  
•  Work together with Sales & Marketing team to develop plans to drive sales, increase share and distribution of Essilor products; 
  
•  Supervise and ensure brand equity guidelines being complied across B2B2C marketing materials;  
  
•  Define pricing and promotion strategy to maximize sales and profitability;  
  
•  Supervise execution of all activities and evaluate results for continuous improvement; 
  
•  Responsible for Sales and Marketing KPIs and monitor team effectiveness and productivities;    
  
•  Attain and analyze market data and customer data to propose business solutions;  
  
•  Lead research projects on customer and shopper understanding to gain in-depth knowledge and develop better campaigns;   
  
•  Develop communication strategy (Media/PR/CSR) and supervise agency executions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing budget; 
  
•  Improve PR/Media ROI by monitoring and analyzing the performance metrics; 
  
•  Manage and monitor budget spending as planned.  
  

JOB Requirement

• BA in Marketing/Business Administration/Management; 
  
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Sale & Marketing ; 
  
• Highly responsibility & Problem Solving; 
  
• Effort and reliability; 
  
• Strong existing business relationships with customers in target industries; 
  
• Extremely comfortable dealing at senior management levels; 
  
• Experience in negotiating contracts & closing sales; 
  
• A proven track record of sales success meeting annual targets; 
  
• Travel will be required; 
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; 
  
• Can use Computer application ( Word, Excel, Email); 
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; 
  
• Have knowledge and understand lens, sunglass, & frame is a plus.
