01.  Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  •  Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches  
  •  Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks  
  •  Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions 
  •  Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols  
  •  Build positive relationships with customers 
  • Identifies problems and coordinates appropriate corrective action. 
  •  May serve as a project team member on project implementations 
  •  Prepares activity reports on support activities.  
  •  Provide value as a team member in cross functional implementations 
  •  Promote knowledge transfer to influence positive change and strengthen the team's performance  
  •  May provide on-call support coverage via on call rotation schedule as needed  
Qualifications Requirement: 

  •  Degree in electrical or mechanical or equivalent work experience 
  •  Experience performing service/ technical support role in data center or M&E engineering environment.  
  •  Exceptional customer service skills with expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving complex data center and infrastructure systems related problems.  
  •  Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment  
  •  Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules  
  •  Familiarity with mobile tools and applications  
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time  
  •  Possess a valid driving license 
  •  English Language proficiency. (Other language is an advantage) 
02. Network Engineer
Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  •  Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) 
  •  Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations 
  •  Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability 
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning 
  •  Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues 
  •  Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure 
  •  Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team 
  •  Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution 
  •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
Qualifications Requirement: 

  •  Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent  
  •  Experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools 
  •  CCNA & CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued) 
  •  Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11) 
  •  Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model 
  •  Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job 
  •  Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization 
  •  Presents a positive image that reflects well on the organization

03. Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  •  Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success  
  •  Act as the point of contact for clients 
  •  Organize regular client meetings to discuss requirements 
  •  Develop positive relationships with clients  
  •  Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks  
  •  Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner  
  •  Supervise sales accounts representatives to ensure sales increase  
  •  Report on the status of accounts and transactions  
  •  Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives  
  •  Monitor and report sales performance  
  •  Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth 
Qualifications Requirement: 

  •  Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field 
  •  Experience as a sales account executive or sales representative 
  •  Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience  
  •  Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)  
  •  Understanding of sales performance metrics  
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills  
  •  An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time  
  •  Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude  
  •  Excellent technical written and verbal communication skills

04. Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  •  Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) 
  •  Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices 
  •  Monitor network performance and integrity 
  •  Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure 
  •  Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness 
  •  Mentor team members on technical issues 
  •  Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery) 
  •  Communicate with users when needed 
  •  Maintain complete technical documentation 
  •  Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability 
  •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
Qualifications Requirement: 

  • Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent  
  • Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator 
  • Professional certification (e.g. CCNP, CCDP) 
  • Solid background in network administration and architecture 
  • In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols  
  • Familiarity with access control models and network security 
  • Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g Python, Perl) 
  • Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools) 
  • Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS) 
  •  Ability to work independently 
  • English Language proficiency. (Other language is an advantage)  

05. Senior Service Engineer

  • Key Responsibilities: 
  •  Serves as customer facing technical resource and works in collaboration with engineers and other senior staff as needed to provide effective end-user support and issue resolution.  
  •  Responds to the complex application issues for end-users. 
  •  Identifies problems and coordinates appropriate corrective action.  
  •  Consults with clients to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications.  
  •  Lead overall activities of the Field Service Engineers  
  •  Maintain provision for round-the-clock contact for emergency situations. 
  •  Prepare and issue service reports to top management 
  •  Respond to all technical inquiries from related team concerning the status related projects. 
  •  Promote a safe working environment and Company safety policies, procedures and practices. 
  •  May provide on-call support coverage via on call rotation schedule as needed  
Qualifications Requirement: 

  •  Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 
  •  3-5 years of management and customer relations experience 
  •  Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions  
  •  Industry knowledge specific data center including familiarity with various applications  
  •  Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills  
  •  Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal & external customers 
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal direction.  
  •  Ability to interact with end-users, Vendors, and Client IT and Facility departments. 
  •  Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

06. Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  •  Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. 
  •  Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements. 
  •  Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. 
  •  Obtains product market share by working with sales manager to develop product sales strategies. 
  •  Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses. 
  •  Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability  
  •  Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and marketing. 
  •  Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data 
  •  Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Qualifications Requirement: 

  •  Degree in Business, Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent

07. Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  •  Develop positive relationships with clients to achieve long-term success 
  •  Drive Sales through strong KPI performance. 
  •  Ensuring that sales goals and expectations are achieved  
  •  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. 
  •  Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

08. Sales Manager (ELV)

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage, support and supervise the sales department 
  •  Reach the targets and goals set for Cambodia territory 
  •  Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products 
  •  Maintain and increase sales of company’s products 
  •  Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity 
  •  Establish, maintain and expand company’s customer base 
  •  Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique 
  •  Search for new products and systems available in the world of ELV systems. 
  •  Prepare professional proposals meeting consultants and client requirements 
  •  Follow-up with client after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support 
  •  Develop after-sales strategies and prepare maintenance contracts for company’s accounts. 
  •  Prepare report for head of business unit 
Qualifications Requirement: 
  •  Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent 
  •  3-5 years experience in security, automation and audio-visual solutions will be considered as an asset 
  •  Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills 
  •  Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications. 
  •  Self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target 
  •  Proven sale track record in achieving results within the low-current industry 
  •  Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility 
  •  Experience managing outside agencies and vendors.

09. Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  •  Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. 
  •  Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy 
  •  Evaluate the financial aspects of product development 
  •  Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies 
  •  Negotiate contracts with vendors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. 
  •  Consult with product development personnel on product specifications  
  •  Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products or services 
  •  Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with venders, advertisers, product managers and sales manager, to market products and services. 
  •  Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. 
  •  Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand. 
  •  Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services 
Qualifications Requirement: 
  •  Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar field 
  •  3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Brand management; B2B marketing a plus 
  •  Proven experience in developing, creating and analyzing marketing campaigns 
  •  Experience leveraging online and offline media to optimize business results. 
  • Experience managing outside agencies and vendors. 
  •  Successful track record in creating and executing marketing plans that drive sales 
  •  Knowledge of procedures and marketing mix elements that drive increase in volume and brand equity. 
  •  Demonstrated ability to think strategically as well as tactically 
  •  Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
