We are currently looking for an HR Recruiter to join our Zuellig pharma Cambodia Team in HR & Admin

Location: PHNOM PENH (1 Post)

Responsibility

  • Recruitment; follow company's SOP and requirment need.
  • Termination; follow company's SOP and requirment need.
  • Ensure that relevant HR database is updated ,complete and well maintained in compliance with the Government regulations and company policies
  • Report for new hiring and work with each leader to confirm employees are quality to pass probation during probation period.
  • Monitor all driver License to confirm that the license are  valid.
  • Monthly report to HR Manager
    • Exit interview report for resignation staff every 3rd of the month
    • Recruitment monitoring report every 3rd of the month
  • Update and process all requirement document from Ministry of work to be compliance such as employees declear in-out, work book, heal check up, work permit, quota…
  • Other task

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree of any course.
  • preferably with at least one (1)year experience in Office work Job.
  • Skills: Computer literate, good oral and written communication skills.
  • Training: SOPs & Work Instruction related to the position
