Sales and Commercial Admin Officer (Outsource) based in PP

- Ensure PR creation/goods receiving in SAP as per SLA (service level agreement)
- Follow-up PO release status; and inform to requestor after PO fully release as per COA.
- Handle hard-copy of PR/PO/goods receiving for audit purposes
- Consolidate approved POSM/premium items plan for executing window
- Work with ASM to prepare the delivery schedule
- Work closely with logistic team to ensure that items/POSM are delivered as per aligned schedule.
- Prepare delivery status report, share to relevant stakeholders.  
- Manage plan order and delivery POSM for sale team on time ( doing plan order to supplier and plan allocate by region )
- Work with procurement closely bidding all POSM /Branding supporting to market
- Prepare reports so-called “trade marketing items stocks” on monthly basis
- Take Note minute meeting of marketing weekly meeting
- Concise Open PO report for commercial Finance Analsist
- Prepare report of meal allowance for Sale /W@POS
- Prepare document to do claim supprting to Sale /W@POS and follow up finance
- Plan and support uniform/toolkit/stationary for sale team
- Coordinate CIC team with Sale team to solve the problem and feedback to customer 's complain .
- Support sale team for sign off other document approval from management team .
- Coordinate with regional manager to arrrange partner to win program by quarter

- Bachelor's degree of business administration/accounting/finance or related fields
- Good knowledge labor law and able to interpret the law, especially on pay and benefits
- Good intrapersonal, team building and commitment
- problem solving and negotiation skills
