KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities职责与工作内容:
1. 系统订单确认和审核
2. 咨询及回复商户/用户的问题
3. 收到客户的反馈及投诉,及时向上级汇报 及时处理问题
4. 完成上级交代的其他工作
1. Check and confirm the system order
2. Consult and reply about problem of Merchant/Users
3. Received complaint or any idea, feedback or report to manager to solve it on-time
4. Other tasks assigned by manager
REQUIREMENT
Job Requirement 任职要求:
1. 有过客服相关工作经验,有过电商客服主管经验优先
2. 积极主动,有自驱力
3. 中文或英文,能接受调班,沟通能力良好;
4. 专科或以上学历,不限专业;
1. At least 1 years in customer service experience,
2. Active and good appearance
3. Required to rotate work shift,English or Chinese, Good communication skill
4. Associate Degree or above, unlimited major
