01/ Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus on business development, relationship building and networking
  • Market products and solutions to increase lending, deposit and cross-sell opportunity.
  • Ensure quality of loan portfolio through sound credit assessment and monitoring.
  • Prepare sales and marketing statements and reports for the top management of the bank
  • Identify and understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate financial products/service

Required competencies:

  • Financial background, analytical and credit background
  • Outgoing personality, confidence, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Minimum 3-year experience in corporate, business lending with proven experience both sale/relationship as well as credit proposal.
  • Autonomous, pro-active, solution-oriented and a team-player
  • Excellence level of English/Khmer communication
  • Sound knowledge to industry and external environment trend and outlook

02/ Assistant Relationship Manager – International Corporate Banking​​​​​​​
Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Senior/ Relationship Manager (S/RM) to support customer need and inquiry, and to offer banking solution and service.
  • Maintain customer files CIF file in Core Banking System, and customer file record
  • Assist S/RM in preparation of credit memorandum
  • Assist S/RM in preparing sales and marketing statements and reports for the top management of the bank

  • Experience in credit, corporate, or business lending

03/ Credit Admin Manager
Report to: Head of Credit Admin
Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Loan under Commercial Segment and International Segment:
    • Ensure all lending documents are completed as per Bank policies / Procedures. 
    • Review and check all Loan Agreements such as Letter of Offer, Hypothec Agreements, Loan Consumption Agreements.
    • Review and check all Guarantee Agreements: Personal Guarantee, Corporate Guarantee, Specific Security Agreement, General Security Agreement, Cash over Deposit, Share Pledge, Charge over stock, etc.
  • Support team in liaising with business and provide alternative solutions for loan documentation execution and disbursement.
  • Control the recording, deposit and withdrawal of the security documentations properly
  • Review Draw Down Checklist by ensuring the compliance with approval for all loan including trade finance loan (Trust Receipt, Revolving Short Term Loan, LC , BG)
  • Work with Core Banking Team to address system issues, new system functionalities, new system project.
  • Support in reviewing credit admin department workflow / process/procedure
  • Review and update policies under Credit Admin Department (Provisioning Policies, Credit Recovery Policies)
  • Provide regular training to the team on new process, system and loan agreements
  • Be responsible for preparing the report to NBC and HQ
  • Work with internal auditor and external auditors.
  • Support in developing new lending document and reviewing existing lending documents.
  • Support on selecting new partner lawyers/notary and insurance companies

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in preparing loan agreement for Commercial Loan for at least 5 years.
  • Well understanding of loan system at least 5 years.
  • Experience in managing people
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent English
  • Candidate with legal knowledge is a plus

04/ Relationship Manager - SME - Retail Banking
Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed the assigned sales and revenue targets though acquiring new customers for deposit, Retail SME and other lending products
  • Understand customer’s lending needs and provide suitable solutions through consultation
  • Collecting supporting documents, prepare credit memorandum with the provision of strong analysis, recommendation and business justification
  • Manage and grow existing customer portfolio for FUM, loan, revenue and profitability
  • Leverage and expand customer relationship to maximize referral, cross selling and new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the business success by initiating and participating in various coldcalling and marketing activities
  • Provide high standard of service to all customers at all times and address all customer’s complaints/issues in the professional manner
  • Manage the quality customer portfolio, maintain accurate records, and always follow the bank’s policies and compliance procedures
  • Be vigilant on any early credit warning signs and make immediate report on potential financial or operational losses
  • Stay updated with bank’s products suite, marketing campaigns and competitor’s activities to ensure superior product knowledge

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • OR lower degree accepted if at least 3 years' experience in similar position
  • Computer literacy  and English language proficiency (French language is a plus)
  • Proven sales and service record in banking or related industries
  • Financial background and credit background
