Alliance Pharma & Zuellig Pharma is the big International company in Cambodia which achieved the inter­national standard of WHO-GSDP, for the storage and distribution of Pharmaceutical and cold-chain products. The Quality Management System of the company has been certified with ISO 9001-2015.
Alliance Pharma Cambodge was established since 2001, our business is to do marketing, sales and distribute pharmaceutical, health care, and baby care products in Cambodia. Currently we are looking for the qualified candidates for position: HRBP-ZP Therapeutics

Location: PHNOM PENH (1 Post)

Responsibility

  • Partners with ZP Therapeutics division leadership team to provide a wide range of HR Support and Solution on employee issues (recruitment, retention, compensation, performance management & development) in coordination with the Company HR Department.
  • Serves as a partner to the business, implementing HR strategies, and providing HR solutions.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Partner with local HR colleagues and regional HRBP on cross-functional initiatives to build and implement HR programs and policies.
  • Responsible for HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness, and associated financial results.
  • Drive programs that attract, retain and develop competitively superior leaders and team members
  • Leading and proactively drive the talent strategy to develop talent, strengthen and diversify the talent pipeline for critical roles
  • Monitor employee turnover and propose recommendations to improve retention and engagement
  • Leveraging the organizational and cultural strategies to support ongoing innovation and change
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal/compliance department as needed/required.
  • Manage change with communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Identifies opportunities to simplify HR Policies & Procedures in line with the HR Strategy

Job requirement

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Advanced College Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE

  • PHARMA OR CONSUMER HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY

Others Qualification and skills

  • Internal and external stakeholder management within cross functional departments, that requires strong initiatives, collaboration and people management skills
  • Dynamic business operational environment that requires constant adaptation and problem-solving to achieve HR strategies
