Senior Manager Premier Banking, Local Back Office Officer

1- Senior Manager Premier Banking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow a team of service and performance oriented Premier Relationship Managers
  • Build and deliver a comprehensive customer value proposition to address the needs of the mass affluent segments
  • Grow Premier Banking as a key component of the current and future business
  • Strong focus on Business Development and Client/Asset gathering, maintenance of existing client book
  • Frequently represents the company in the High Net Worth community; actively develops relationships with business owners, company executive level, etc. and builds a network of prospective High Net Worth customers to drive business
  • Establish a loyal pool of customers/alliances who refer potential customers
  • Monitors market conditions, observing competitor impact and makes recommendations to maintain competitive and profitable product line
  • Adhere to processes and procedures while ensuring appropriate and adequate documentation is in place for process actions
  • Identify trends in errors and omissions resulting from routine transactions and proactively mitigate / change processes
  • Make referrals to other channels based on identified customer needs

Requirements:

  • At least 510 years experience in sales and service function with strong understanding of the Premier Banking business
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Good experience in people management
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Articulate with strong presentation and communication skills both spoken and written
  • Strong Relationship Management capabilities with sound sales and negotiation skills
  • Meet or exceed individual and team based financial targets
  • Fluency in English

2- Local Back Office Officer

  • Handle daily Non Cash Local Operations and ensure that non cash transactions are balance by end of the day.
  • Process the account opening for Retail , SME, and Corporate customer
  • Input Inward and Outward domestic payments / domestic cheque clearing includes its return in National Clearing House payment gateway and ensure it is accurate;
  • Sending physical Outward Cheque / Receiving Inward cheque from Clearing house ;
  • Daily Reconciliation of Nostro NBC Current and settlement account.
  • Perform daily inward cheque clearing balance;
  • Issue cheque book for the customer;
  • Provide administrative support;
  • Other duties assigned by LBO Manager or Deputy Manager  

Job Requirements

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification in Accounting, and Finance Banking
  • Minimum of 2 year experiences in Teller
  • Ability to do multi-task and strong organization skills is essential.
  • Good Communication skill and strong team player.
  • Be able to work under pressure with strong commitment.
