HR & Admin Supervisor



Establishment since 2012, Camfone, a truly Cambodian-made in cooperation with Korean standard and technology, is a leading phone producer and distributor in Cambodia across 25 provinces and towns nationwide.
Due to continued business growth, Camfone Mobile is now looking for qualified candidates to join the team as HR & Admin Supervisor under HR Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the company’s recruitment strategy to ensure that staffing needs are met
- Work closely with HoDs and Hiring Managers to identify the headcounts and prepare an annual recruitment plan for each business unit
- Supervise the process for the placing of advertisements for all internal and external vacancies.
- Establish and maintain systems for recruitment marketing in order to establish Camfone as an employer of choice
- Interview potential recruits and appoint staff in consultation with the appropriate line managers. and selection process, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs.
- Develop a manpower pulling program with some universities if needed
- Develop and execute various orientation programs for new employees and provide assistance to understand all job responsibilities and company policies and procedures
- Develop a training policy, procedure, and strategy to support the company’s business and to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.
- Ensure that employees are appropriately motivated and trained to be able to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Undertake regular assessments of training needs and develop a program to meet identified needs.
- Maintain close communication with managers and staff to discuss training needs and to ensure that they are fully aware of training opportunities available.
- Keep managers and staff informed of internal and external training and development opportunities.
- Arrange internal training and development program, using external consultants as required to meet identified training needs.
- Develop and monitor the company’s training budget to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established budget.
- Oversee the development of effective processes for the evaluation of all training and development provided.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in the training and development field to ensure that the company continues to take advantage of best practice.

- To do a weekly, monthly, and yearly HR&Admin reports and regularly submit to HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or other related fields
- Effective Communication and Facilitation Skills
- At least 2-year experience in HR
- HR technical skills
- Good command of English language
- Good team-building skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Good organizing skills
- A deep understanding of the recruitment policy, procedure and process
- Ability to identify potential candidates and recruit the right people
- Ability to build good relationships with others
- Ability to deal with different people in a professional manner
- Ability to manage multi tasks with effective and efficient results
