01/ Job Title: Senior Credit Underwriting Officer
(1Post)
Report to: Credit Underwriting Manager
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: December 04, 2020         

Job Responsibilities

  • Support business teams in assessing credit worthiness of SME loans.
  • Interact with branch staff to solicit and verify borrower’s information.
  • Conduct client home visit to collect and/or verify information if necessary.
  • Prepare credit proposal and submit to loan approval committee for approval.
  • Maintain service level agreement (SLA) in credit processing.
  • Conduct training to branch staff on credit assessment with conjunction training department.
  • Take part in analyzing industry & segment risk and recommend appropriate approval criteria.
  • Perform periodic credit review to ensure good underwriting practices and detect key risk indicators.
  • Involve in credit process optimization and improvement.
  • Other task required by supervisor.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • At least bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Banking & Finance, or other related fields.
  • At least two year experiences in credit analysis and credit approval process at MFI or bank.
  • Sound judgment using both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills, particularly in Ms. Excel.
  • English or other second language ability is an advantage.
  • High motivation and ability to work without supervision.
  • Good sense of humor.


02/ Job Title: Lease Business Manager (2Post)
Report to: Head of Leasing Business
Location: Kampong Thom and Kampot
Closing Date: December 04, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and initiate strategies for lease portfolio growth at branch level
  • Prepare lease operating plan for branch level
  • Ensure lease portfolio quality at branch level
  • Ensure lease approval process to improve customer service
  • Monitor, support, and coach Lease Underwriter at branch to achieve target set
  • Monitor, support, and coach Asset & Property Control Officer to achieve target set
  • Monitor, support, and coach Dealer Relation & Sale Officer to achieve target set
  • Keep informed and up to date the branch market environment and competitors’ strategies
  • Closely work with subordinates to promote and sale leasing products
  • Lead communications amongst team at branch level to promote and increase teamwork culture for AMK working environment
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business (banking, finance, accounting, economics or marketing)
  • Three years’ experience in sales and operations in the microfinance/leasing industry
  • One year of experience in management and staff supervision
  • Prior business development experience required, microfinance or banking industry preferred
  • Good personal computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet software applications; working knowledge of MIS for the microfinance industry
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Strong commitment and keen to travel to provinces


03/ Job Title: Business Channel Management Analyst (1Post)
Report to: Fraud Management & Revenue Assurance Manager
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: December 04, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business;
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports;
  • Forecast demand, revenue, and expenses for business plan;
  • Compile, analyze, and report channel sales performance;
  • Analyze pricing data and proposing pricing;
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends;
  • Other tasks and projects assigned by manager and Head of Channel and Operations Department.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, finance, economics or information technology;
  • 2+ years of data business analysis in banking, fintech, telecom or any related industry;
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills;
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities;
  • Expertise with Excel and common data analytics tool required;
  • Knowledge of SPSS and/ or SQL language is an advantage.
