01/ Job Title: Relationship Manager

Report to: Head of Commercial Business
Location: Takeo Province
Closing Date: September 23 ,2020

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute a development of product, selling and marketing strategies on commercial and superior banking business to support the growth and advancement within the competitive industry. 
  • Provide and support sale manager(s) the commercial and superior banking strategies and selling tactics to ensure they are well equipped for accomplishment of their target and objectives. 
  • Manage, monitor and evaluate sale manager(s) to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their works toward the assigned goal and objectives.
  • Build market network and conduct sale approaches to potential clients, especially key Individuals, SMEs and Corporate Clients
  • Make appointment and conduct sale presentation to promote commercial and superior banking services to potential customers.
  • Manage and build relationship with existing customers to maximize the cross-selling opportunities on all available financial products and services of the company.
  • Prepare and properly manage client base, including management of sales pipeline report for Head, Commercial Business and Chief Commercial Business Officer.
  • Develop and manage referral from both existing clients or other sources
  • Keep up-to-date the competitors’ information, including their products, services and other marketing activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with AMK’s marketing activities, products & services, and its product and market proposition to ensure both new and existing customers could be well educated and leveraged as much as possible the opportunities to support their businesses.
  • Work with Regional Channel Manager and Provincial Managers to effectively serve commercial and superior customers.
  • Contribute in customer referral or cross selling of other products if there is a need
  • Other tasks assigned by Head, Commercial Business

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • At least 2-year experiences in banking, microfinance or other field of business operations, especially involving with segments of SME, commercial and high profile individual customers.  
  • Good relationship network, especially with segments of SME, commercial and high profile individual customers, is an advantage.
  • High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum
  • Good communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication in Chinese is an advantage (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Strong conceptualization and analytical skills
  • Honesty and excellent interpersonal skills


02/ Job Title: Digital Banking Support Officer
Report to: Digital Banking Support Manager
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: September 23, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop material and user Instruction of each channels (Agent, ATM, OTC, Merchant, MB/IB)
  • Support end users on AMK digital banking system  
  • Unit/ticket testing within team
  • Regression testing/UAT on AMK digital banking system
  • Raise ticket, follow up and update in Helpdesk (follow internal SLA)
  • Work with relevant department/vendor to find out solution for user
  • Performs troubleshooting as required, leads problem-solving efforts by involving vendors and other support users
  • Strengthen support quality and flexible time rotation
  • Provide training and refreshment to master trainer
  • Back up Tasks within team
  • Any task as assign by supervisor
  • Ensure compliance as well as internal and external audit

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor in Information Technology or related field other related field
  • At least 1year experience in relevant work
  • Ability to analyze the issue system flow and accounting posting transaction in detail
  • Be able to handle multi-task at the same time
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Can work independently with less supervision
  • Knowledge and experience in database management, Ms. SQL server or Oracle.
  • Knowledge in programming languages, .NET, Java, etc
  • Knowledge of microfinance or banking services is an advantage
  • Experience to work or using banking switch, Digital Banking software is an advantage
  • Good communication and inter-personal skill
  • Working knowledge of English


03/ Job Title: Sale Manager, Credit (1 Posts)
Report to: Relationship Manager
Location: Kampot Province
Closing Date: September 23, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to SME Credit Officer to accomplish the target
  • Analyse the environmental situation in the branch credit(SME) operation area, including competition, client needs, and satisfaction
  • Perform home client visit to collect data, verify document and ensure the completion of application.
  • Train and support SME credit officer on loan assessment, collateral valuation, loan approval process and target client determination.
  • Conduct post check, trigger event and annual review which are required by SME credit policy.
  • Follow up SME lending process and ensure policy, procedure and guideline are complying.
  • Assist relationship manager on preparing and analysing the credit report at branch which pick up the key issues to relationship manager for action taken.
  • Involve in branch risk register process in credit risk.
  • On behalf relationship manager to provide training/ refreshment to branch credit staffs on all credit policy including, loan assessment and evaluation, pre-check and post check and property valuation.
  • Contribute in customer referral or cross selling of other products if there is a need
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Management, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • At least 2 years experience in MFI credit operations especially SME lending
  • Experience working at MFI as a Chief CO and/or credit supervisor level 
  • Good leadership capabilities
  • Ability to communication in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
  • High motivation and creativity
  • Good conceptualization and analytical skills
  • Honesty and good interpersonal skills


04/ Job Title: SME Loan Executive (3 Posts)
Report to: Sale Manager
Location: Preah Vihear, Stung Treng and Kampot
Closing Date: September 23, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote SME products to target clients (focus on Entrepreneurs, Retailer, seller …)
  • Assessment and disbursement Loan
  • Follow up and maintenance loan quality
  • Prepare loan projection plan and monthly disburse plan with approval by Sale Manager
  • Maintenance loan quality
  • Follow up and solve problem then report to Sale Manager
  • Liaison with the local authority in initiating promotion and loan problem settlement
  • Performs other duties as required by Sale Manager.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • At least study in 4 year at university in Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields
  • At least two years experiences in credit officer position at MFI or bank.
  • Objectivity, sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Planning and organizing skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Adequate knowledge on credit and loan policies and methodologies
  • Willing to drive and work at the field
  • Good computer skills
  • Working knowledge of English
  • High motivation and ability to work without supervision
  • Good interpersonal and team work skills
