01/ Account Supervisor​​​​​​​

• Manager and record all daily loan transaction
• Monitor loan repayment transaction
• Manage all loan process
• Follow up client repayment
• Oversee credit officer and loan collector
• Prepare daily loan report

02/ Spare Part Sale Supervisor (400- 500USD)

Job Description

• Manage customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales
• Visit and find new dealers.
• Updating spare parts movement in data base
• Forecast supply and demand for spare parts.
• Follow up and support dealers. 
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Company.
• Lead, facilitate and follow up own team members to ensure a minimum outputs.
• Work closely with other teams to archive targets.
• Provide daily and weekly sales report.     
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Job requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience related with spare parts or other similar filed.
• Willing travel to provinces
• High Commitment
• Can work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

Other Benefits

• Phone card, gasoline allowance and sale commission upto $500.

03/ Sale Rep (200 – 250 USD)

Job Description

1. Visit dealers Regularly
2. Follow up clients to increase new sale
3. Promote products
4. Ensure target
5. Prepare daily regular report

04/ Head of Spar Part

• Consolidate Spare Part Team
• Develop marketing strategy for Spare Parts & Lubricant to spread to customer in nation wide
• To set a long-term/mid-term/yearly sales plan through existing and new distribution channel
• To create annual Spare Parts Action Plan and keep regular Plan-Do-Check- Act (PDCA) for every activity to achieve as per schedule
• To create annual marketing calendar in the area of Distributor Operation and Sales Distribution
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly monitor sales performance/activities result reported by each staffs
• To keep regular update parts & lubricant market information and competitor movement to management --To create initiative idea for developing advertisement ( social media, events, etc...) and promotion or campaign
• Oversea the Parts performance and maintain or update of the SOPs of each operation
• Lead Spare Parts team to follow stock policy, to ensure effective control and avoiding long aging stock
• Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by management
