01/ Job Title: International Remittance Manager 
(1Post)
Report to: Head of Channel and Operations Department
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: July 23, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the international remittance business and local partner projects
  • Identify and execute new potential partners to drive increase in business
  • Lead direct relationship with business partners both local and international partners
  • Responsible for negotiation with partners and writing business proposal for projects
  • Execute and negotiate agreements, renewals and amendments for operating business
  • Work closely with Product and IT team to implement the new partner projects
  • Work closely with partners to execute effective marketing strategy
  • Responsible for coordination and reporting for internal requirement and partners
  • Act as contact point for partner to receive feedback, resolve issues and propose better solution for future process
  • Any other task as deemed necessary and requested by Head of Channel and Operations

Qualification and Experiences:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable
  • At least 3 years’ experiences in international remittance business, business and product development
  • Negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Honesty and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very strong communication skills in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


02/ Job Title: Database Administrator (1Post)
Report to: Database Administrator Manager
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: July 23, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes the user needs and monitors user access and security;
  • Monitors performance and manages parameters to ensure fast response to front-end users;
  • Installs and conducts testing on new DBMS;
  • Writes database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata);
  • Communicates regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security;
  • Responsible on Database consolidation, Dynamic report development by using Microsoft SQL and Oracle Analyze and Business Intelligent.
  • Ensure patch updates for AMK’s databases
  • Database backup and recovery plan
  • Setup High-Availability as part Disaster Recovery Strategy for the database (Failover Clustering, Database Mirroring, Log Shipping and Replication)
  • Storage and Capacity planning
  • Performance monitoring and tuning

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Business object development and reporting skills, with an emphasis on using database and data warehouse methodologies for design, development, and testing
  • 3+ years’ Database design, development and administration experience
  • Oracle DBA certified is plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record as a project team member
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English
  • Ability to proactively analyze technical specifications and suggest improvements
  • Demonstrates customer service skills with an emphasis on expectation management
  • Experience in Financial Services is a plus.

03/ Job Title: Business Application Support Officer (1Post)
Report to: Deputy Head of MIS
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: July 23, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
  • Developing reports for teams across the business
  • Other duties as assign by supervisor or line manager

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in system application support
  • Experience in Financial Services is a plus.
  • Must be able to learn and research for new technologies
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening ability and patience
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently, drive for result
