J Trust Royal Bank commenced operations in Cambodia in August 2019 following the acquisition of a majority shareholding in the bank formerly known as ANZ Royal.

About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

This role has prime responsibility in managing a broad range of marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for the bank. This include developing robust marketing strategy and managing day-to-day marketing activities.

Key accountabilities are:

  • Translates business and brand objectives into a clearly articulated marketing strategy and develops that strategy into an actionable and integrated marketing plan
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Executive brand & marketing initiatives by optimizing return on investment, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Advocate application of best practice communications knowledge and practice across the bank including using innovative marketing solutions to deliver business objectives
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize where appropriate

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
  • Ability to produce, consult and follow through on significant marketing plans and strategies
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good ability to think laterally and result oriented
