Videographer/Photographer, you’ll use your creative knowledge, together with a positive attitude, to capture our Tribe in action.

• Capture excellent images in a variety of settings with a variation of media
• Capture behind the scenes content, video and stills for promotional materials
• Conduct video and photo shoots of talent for social media
• Understand the strategy and art direction of the shoot and have a clear vision on how we will execute - including technicalities associated with the Videographer/Photographer's responsibilities, i.e. making sure we have the correct camera gear and lighting equipment
• Follow a shot list to keep track of what is captured and what is still needed, and will make sure each photo is shot to the project's brief
• Edit photos and videos after shoots and work with team to ensure quality of product

• Must be proactive, self-motivated and flexible
• Strong photo editing and retouching skills
• Advanced understanding of Photoshop, Lightroom and PhaseOne
• Extensive knowledge of camera, lighting and composition
• Ready and willing to lift heavy photo equipment, set pieces and props
• Should have a good awareness for what moments to capture on set and prioritize well
• Knowledgeable with social media and able to broadcast our mission/vision
• Flexible for full or part time
