01/ Job Title: Technology Development Engineer 
(1Post)
Report to: Software Development Manager
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: June 12, 2020       

Job Responsibilities

  • Development of Technology research capacity and capability to meet with AMK business current requirement and future requirement.
  • Prototype product concepts
  • Development of research partnerships with other Local and international Technology Service Providers to support the project planning and implementation.
  • Contribute ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement proactively
  • To be proactive in responding to user issues and maintain “sense of urgency” at all time.
  • Responsible for designing and developing system as request from other department through IT department head.
  • Support, Maintain and Documentation the new and/or existing deployment system.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or higher
  • 2+ years’ experience developing web applications
  • 2+ years’ experience of .Net and Spring development tools
  • 1+ years’ experience of Android and iOS is a plus
  • Knowledge of desktop and mobile web browsers
  • Advance knowledge developing and debugging
  • Comfortable working through the entire stack from user interface through the systems levels
  • Experience working with Common DBMS such as SQL server, MySQL and/or Oracle is a plus
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, AJAX, .Net (C#, VB.net, ASP.net), JavaScript, Java, React-Native and PHP is a plus.


02/ Job Title: Database Administrator (1Post)
Report to: Database Administrator Manager
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: June 12, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes the user needs and monitors user access and security;
  • Monitors performance and manages parameters to ensure fast response to front-end users;
  • Installs and conducts testing on new DBMS;
  • Writes database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata);
  • Communicates regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security;
  • Responsible on Database consolidation, Dynamic report development by using Microsoft SQL and Oracle Analyse and Business Intelligent.
  • Ensure patch updates for AMK’s databases
  • Database backup and recovery plan
  • Setup High-Availability as part Disaster Recovery Strategy for the database (Failover Clustering, Database Mirroring, Log Shipping and Replication)
  • Storage and Capacity planning
  • Performance monitoring and tuning

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Business object development and reporting skills, with an emphasis on using database and data warehouse methodologies for design, development, and testing
  • 3+ years’ Database design, development and administration experience
  • Oracle DBA certified is plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record as a project team member
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English
  • Ability to proactively analyze technical specifications and suggest improvements
  • Demonstrates customer service skills with an emphasis on expectation management
  • Experience in Financial Services is a plus.

03/ Job Title: Business Application Support Officer (1Post)
Report to: Deputy Head of Management Information System
Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
  • Developing reports for teams across the business
  • Other duties as assign by supervisor or line manager

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field

Report to: Sale Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote SME products to target clients (focus on Entrepreneurs, Retailer, seller …)
  • Assessment and disbursement Loan
  • Follow up and maintenance loan quality
  • Prepare loan projection plan and monthly disburse plan with approval by Sale Manager
  • Maintenance loan quality
  • Follow up and solve problem then report to Sale Manager
  • Liaison with the local authority in initiating promotion and loan problem settlement
  • Performs other duties as required by Sale Manager.

Qualification and Experiences

  • At least study in 4 year at university in Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields
  • At least two years experiences in credit officer position at MFI or bank.
  • Objectivity, sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Planning and organizing skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Adequate knowledge on credit and loan policies and methodologies
  • Willing to drive and work at the field
  • Good computer skills
  • Working knowledge of English
  • High motivation and ability to work without supervision
