Location: Phnom Penh (01 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimizes digital feature across all digital channels to improve customer experiences and increase revenue through conversion rate
  • Works closely with Product Manager and Business Owner to understand product requirement and vision
  • Researches, wireframes, sketches, and prototypes the use journey for digital product development
  • Analyses the needs of the target user through industry benchmarking, customer experience, and customer insight
  • Runs testing, analyses result, and provides action on design flows, features and other metrics based on objective
  • Communicates and distributes design process and marketing research to all stakeholders for new or enhanced products to get buy in
  • Implements design and works with developer team to provide guidance and direction regarding to user experience
  • Monitors, analyses, and reports on performance data to improve customer experience, increase conversion, and optimize efficiencies
  • Stays on top of competitor products and industry trends
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 2 years experienced in designer, digital marketing, or related role
  • Ability to work cross-functional team in multiple projects
  • Knowledge in Human-Computer Interaction and Interaction Design is a plus
  • Strong analytical skill, process, and methodology
  • English proficiency
  • Computer literacy
  • Digital literacy
  • Be dynamic, flexible, and able to work independent
