J Trust Royal is a joint venture between J Trust, a Japanese diversified financial holding company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and The Royal Group, one of Cambodia’s largest conglomerates. J Trust Royal Bank commenced operations in Cambodia in August 2019 following the acquisition of a majority shareholding in the bank formerly known as ANZ Royal.

About the role

6 Months Internship   l   Monthly Allowance   l   Insurance   l   Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

This internship program is created for senior students and fresh graduates who desire to gain practical banking experiences through working alongside with our people and interacting with our customers and meaningful start to their professional career. We have set out an exciting journey for participants. It will be adequately and properly guided to build their solid foundation. The successful candidates will –

• Expose to the professional working standard
• Gain basic understanding of the banking processes and products
• Have opportunity to expand networks as they will work with our professional bankers

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

• Have a strong study record
• Have good English proficiency
• Have computer literacy in standard software applications
• Be attention to detail and accuracy
• Ambitious, passionate, and committed
• Demonstrate good team work and interpersonal skill
