01/ Job Title: Chief Innovation Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning
    • Analyze the challenges faced by clients and drive new, innovative approaches such as co-operative farming, farm produce aggregation or Agri-market linkage
    • Working with internal and local partners, donors, supporters, sponsors and foundations to offer solutions to issues our clients face
    • Identify and monitor the market gaps and opportunities, and build effective strategies to tap into them
    • Explore effective technology and other innovations with the related teams to improve market reach and efficiency, and discover new solutions to issues faced by the company
    • Identify opportunities and strategize for short, medium and long term growth
    • Evaluate the progress of innovation and make adjustments according to company strategy, market trends and other changes in the sector
    • Keep all new projects in line with the company’s mission and maintain consistency with the company’s goals
  • Overall Management
    • Be part of Executive Management and contribute to strategy development and implementation
    • Ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner
    • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
    • Contribute to staff retention and recruitment of own department
  • Operational Management
    • Support new products and services initiatives of business units and ensure collaboration within all levels of the company
    • Jointly assign projects with detailed deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time with high quality
    • Allocate resources effectively to achieve goals
    • Offer training to related staff for relevant skills and track their performance

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Must be independent, self-directed and able to lead various teams to bring out their best innovation and successfully complete projects.
  • Have a strong research and analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable about business processes, financial industry and their relation to technology
  • Ability to think creatively, strong conceptualization and analytical skills, and capacity to contribute to future planning
  • Outstanding communication skills in both English and Khmer
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to relate well to others
  • At least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Master Degree is preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning:
    • As member of the senior executive management team, contribute/participate in key decisions which drive the organization
    • Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of existing business activities and/or the impact of introduction of new initiatives and/or regulatory action.
    • Maintain strong positive relationships with all members of the management team and all stakeholder
    • Represent AMK externally with customers, lenders, regulators, and other stakeholders
    • Coordinate management communication/interaction with Board Audit and Finance Committee
    • Seek, evaluate and implement appropriate and cost effective investments in all areas area of AMK’s operation
    • Monitor and evaluate annual capital and operating budgets to ensure they are in line with AMK’s business strategy,
    • Develop both short term and long term financial strategies
    • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting
    • Develop performance measures in line with company's strategic direction
    • Coordinate and facilitate with all stakeholders to define business and system requirement for new system implementation or existing system enhancement,
    • Review hardware and software purchase and maintenance contracts and recommend the best options for approval.
  • Operational Management:
    • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company including but not limit to
      • Ensure credibility of Finance Department by providing timely and accurate analysis, budgets, financial trends and forecasts
      • Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
      • Working with business department to ensure the cost allocation by office, business line is up to date and stay relevant for decision making
      • Fully comply with relevant standard and regulation such as NBC, CIRF, Tax and any other relevant body
    • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Treasury functions of the company including but not limit to
      • Overall Asset and Liability Management
      • Funding and Liquidity management
      • Capital planning and investment
      • Overall Foreign exchange business
      • Relationship with lender and other stakeholder
    • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Property and Procurement functions of the company including but not limit to
      • Overall aspect of procurement process and management to ensure the transparency and integrity of the function
      • Overall aspect of Property function including asset leasing, hire and purchase and the effective use of those asset to meet AMK’s business requirement and objective.
      • Ensure overall aspect of logistic and stock management is well managed and control.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • A minimum university degree in banking/finance, accounting, complete ACCA is highly preferable.
  • At least 10 years’ experience and with at least 7 years at a management level,
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution,
  • Considerable experience in business process management,
  • Good understanding of Cambodian Accounting Standards (CIFRS) and International Accounting Standard (IFRS).
  • Excellent decision making capabilities and team management.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven leadership ability,
  • Proven ability to set the priority of initiative to align with business need.
  • Excellent in written and oral communication,
  • Honesty and Excellent interpersonal skill,

03/ Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer (2Posts)
Report to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and follow the recruitment policy, strategy and procedures
  • Implement to overall recruiting flow work
  • Responsible to post job announcement both internal and external
  • Support branches and other departments in Head Office for recruitment issue purpose
  • Respond to lead recruitment event, Walk-In Interview, Career Fair & other event that required
  • Build network through social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn…etc.)
  • Presentation the job opportunity to school and universities student and AMK partnership
  • Handle recruitment process (Screening, shortlist, test and interview…etc.)
  • Responsible for reference check and to lead home visit process for new joiner
  • Responsible for recruitment report
  • Responsible for staff referral and head hunting
  • Responsible for internship and thesis written for student and issues the certificate for them
  • Responsible for Black list report and regular checkup- should be remove and Keep on the JD is good
  • Participate in staff Performance Assessment
  • Any other tasks as deemed necessary and requested by Talent Acquisition Manager

Qualification and Experiences:

  • BBA in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management and relevant field
  • At least 1 year working experience in HR function or in MFI and Banking sector
  • Understanding the micro-finance sector is preferable
  • Good communication, facilitation and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Clear presentation and being the independent person
  • Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft office)
  • High motivation and ability to work without supervision.
