01/ Job Title: Relationship Manager

Report to: Head of Commercial Business
Location: Takeo Province
Closing Date: April 08,2020

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute a development of product, selling and marketing strategies on commercial and superior banking business to support the growth and advancement within the competitive industry. 
  • Provide and support sale manager(s) the commercial and superior banking strategies and selling tactics to ensure they are well equipped for accomplishment of their target and objectives. 
  • Manage, monitor and evaluate sale manager(s) to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their works toward the assigned goal and objectives.
  • Build market network and conduct sale approaches to potential clients, especially key Individuals, SMEs and Corporate Clients
  • Make appointment and conduct sale presentation to promote commercial and superior banking services to potential customers.
  • Manage and build relationship with existing customers to maximize the cross-selling opportunities on all available financial products and services of the company.
  • Prepare and properly manage client base, including management of sales pipeline report for Head, Commercial Business and Chief Commercial Business Officer.
  • Develop and manage referral from both existing clients or other sources
  • Keep up-to-date the competitors’ information, including their products, services and other marketing activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with AMK’s marketing activities, products & services, and its product and market proposition to ensure both new and existing customers could be well educated and leveraged as much as possible the opportunities to support their businesses.
  • Work with Regional Channel Manager and Provincial Managers to effectively serve commercial and superior customers.
  • Contribute in customer referral or cross selling of other products if there is a need

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • At least 2-year experiences in banking, microfinance or other field of business operations, especially involving with segments of SME, commercial and high profile individual customers.  
  • Good relationship network, especially with segments of SME, commercial and high profile individual customers, is an advantage.
  • High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum
  • Good communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication in Chinese is an advantage (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Strong conceptualization and analytical skills
  • Honesty and excellent interpersonal skills


02/ Job Title: Compliance Officer
Report to: Deputy Head of Compliance
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: April 08, 2020

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Compliance Manager to produce the reports on regulatory compliances for Board of Directors, Board Risk Committee, Management Risk Committee, and Stakeholders.
  • Assist in investigation of compliance breaches/lapses and come up with recommendation for action.
  • Monitor and escalate all new and changes in laws and regulations which is applicable to AMK’s businesses to responsible departments.
  • Develop training materials of the compliance and run compliance training.
  • Provide assistance in developing, updating of policies and procedures by enforcing document standards.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, exceptional report registration. Alert to the Policy Owner for reviewing the policies and procedures.
  • Update AMK regulatory blacklist and internal watch-list and ensure the lists are updated in the customer screening systems.
  • Perform customer risk profiling and alert to the manager on high risk customer for doing enhance customer due diligence  
  • Monitor periodically on on-going customer due diligence
  • Monitor and analyze suspicious transactions and report those to Compliance Manager and Head of Legal and Compliance.
  • Assist manager to conduct compliance testing.
  • Guide and assist all staff regarding to compliance of AML/CFT policy and procedure.
  • Prepare AML/CFT reports as required by Manager. REPORTING

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, or Laws.
  • Must have 2 years of work experience including banking or financial institution and operational risk and compliance. 
  • Strong knowledge of the principles of risk management, compliance in bank and finance industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, planning, problem solving and organizing skills.

03/ Job Title: Head of Retail Deposit and Service
Report to: Chief Retail Business Officer
Location: Head Office
Closing Date: April 08, 2020

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and Lead Retail Deposit and Services Department for non-credit products in AMK’s Deposit business.
  • Create and achieve clear goals for numbers of depositor and value of customer Deposits, Money Transfer, for AMK.
  • Work with commercial team to support on new account opening to support payroll service.
  • Work with other related departments to develop selling strategies and tactics for Deposit mobilization to make sure the designed products are well distributed to target customers.
  • Work directly with Chief Retail Business Officer and Head of Region to ensure Deposit Operational Strategy is carefully coordinated, procedures are clear; staff are trained and motivated, etc.
  • Lead and assist the deposit and services department and all branches to achieve their goal with high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs to build the skills of the HoRs, PMs, BMs in order to enhance their product and services knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to modify/update existing Deposit products.
  • Search for new potential customers to make presentation, and keep a good relationship between them, especially with the key account customers.
  • Work with Audit Team and Channel & Operation team to reinforce customer service and deposit business.
  • Work with AMK Marketing Department and Head of Region to ensure the successful launch of marketing campaign. 
  • Involve in risk identification and mitigation strategies as well as the implementation of those strategies to enable business growth at acceptable level.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Management, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • At least 5 years’ experience in bank non-credit operations management
  • Experience working as MFI/bank Branch and Regional Manager level 
  • Business line profit management responsibility
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum
  • Very strong communication skills in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
