01/ Body Instructor

Job Requirement

  • University degree in General Management or other related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experiences in the related field
  • Qualified as Body master technician level
  • Good knowledge of communication skill
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skill
  • Strong time management and commitment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Description

  • To set up the yearly training schedule base on technician grading
  • To develop and prepare the training module and training materials
  • To conduct the training through Body & Paint Team training program (Toyota Technician, Pro-Technician, and Master Technician)
  • To evaluate and monitor the training result of Technician both class room and on job training
  • To research the advance technology from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) or other sources to provide the special course as and when needed
  • To provide the refreshment training to the certified Body Technician
  • To report monthly training result to the training manager for service training Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and certification request if needed
  • To conduct other tasks as assigned by manager 


02/ Branch Manager (Siem Reap)

Job Requirement

  • University degree in business management or related fields
  • At Least 5 years of experiences in sales section & customer service
  • Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, teamwork oriented
  • Strong supervisory skills and initiative in work
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skill
  • Very target oriented with strong leadership skill   

Job Description

  • Together with distributor set annual sales target by models and budget plan for the branch
  • Monthly monitor, manage, and analyze branch Profit &Loss.
  • Develop yearly strategic plan for branch
  • Draw Strategic action plans weekly and monthly with effective daily performance monitoring tools for each group, each staff, each customer segment
  • Conduct regular sales review (daily, weekly, monthly) and provide clear instruction for sales recovery in a PDCA manner
  • Motivate the branch sales performance by staff and by model via effective/lively management of visualization board
  • Review and newly develop sales tools to optimise the company available resources and scheme i.e. financing, used car, accessory, after sales service, marketing materials,… with effective monitoring tools at appropriate level
  • Daily execute well showroom management to get ready to serve customers
  • Continuous review the work process of each staff to leveling customer satisfaction "SSI" in order to comply with the set customer care policy
  • Daily monitor, verify, and manage branch's accounting activities.
  • Carry out managerial functions (Plan, organize, lead and control) of the total CS operation
  • Ensure Fix-it-Right at Branch
  • Promote 5s and Safety in workshop
  • Ensure adequate technical information, tools and equipment for Workshop use
  • Daily and weekly analysis of Service Performance Indicator (Customer Traffic, Productivity, Efficiency, Labor Sales, Gross Profit, etc.) and develop strategy to maximize sales
  • Monitor and analyses on customer satisfaction and share possible root cause and countermeasure to all related staff for improvement
  • Conduct regular market surveys in consultation with Dept. General Manager to provide a clear understanding of market position in the area/region

03/ Fleet Lease Manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Management or related field
  • At least 3-5 years management experiences in leasing industry and involving to sales operation or related field (Rental Service experience is highly recommended)
  • Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, teamwork oriented, and build team vision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with sound English literature
  • Knowledge to be able to read and analyze Profit & Loss and numbers in the reports
  • Logical thinking and be able to work efficiently with project long term strategic approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work hard, honest and self-motivated

Job Description

  • Together with Fleet GM planning set annual sales and budget plan of sales segment customers
  • Draw strategic action plans with effective KPI monitoring and visualization tools:
    • Collect, analyze, evaluate and account information and feedback in order to increase awareness of Fleet Lease business under Toyota Cambodia
    • Initiate new ideas to promote Fleet Lease business to target market
  • Develop SOP in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Fleet Lease business:
    • Provide clear guidance and instruction to team of peer colleagues with the aim to sustain target in a win-win context
    • Keep reviewing work processes to level of customer list satisfaction proving implementation of customer care
  • Prepare management report and KPI:
    • Monthly management report Profit & Loss
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance review in a PDCA manner
  • Sales Movement Monitoring and Operation Monitoring:
    • Ensure the readiness of delivery rental car to customer (relevant document, registration plate number and license)
    • Claim process handling in case of accident happen to the rental car
    • Explain the detail of Car Rental Service Term and Conditions precisely to the customers
    • Closely communication with service team for the repair & maintenance of Rental Car
    • Preparation for the next process of Car Rental Service after the Car Rental Agreement is ended
  • Develop marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, and so on for Fleet Lease business
  • Increase number of customer pools through daily and weekly, monthly sales team close deal and communicate related
  • Direct visit for corporate companies, tenders and government
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor


04/ Sales Leader (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, & Battambang)

Job Requirement

  • Preferable Bachelor Degree of Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in related Sales or Marketing
  • Honest, hardworking and initiative ideas
  • Excellent communication in both Khmer and English
  • Team Player, Initiative, friendly, fresh and service oriented
  • Knowledge of Computer Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of Automotive market is preferable

Job Description

  • Set monthly sales target for sales team
  • Monitoring on sales team and customer A-Card to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide on time support to Sales Consultant and advice to create new sales strategy
  • Daily monitoring on showroom check sheet and car display
  • Tracking competitor movement and update sales performance
  • Daily review on sales report with Sales Consultant
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly’s Sales Report, Test Drive Report, Road-Show or Show Room Event Report to Manager
  • Assign and advice sales team to create sales talk script
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation and on-time support
  • Prepare list standby & training schedule for new sales staff and document for renew contract
  • Maximize sales turn over by introducing accessory and/or service package and insurance

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree of English Language/ Management or other related fields
  • 2-year experiences in Professional Sales

  • Chinese Speaking is a plus
  • Good team player, initiative, friendly, fresh and service oriented

Job Description

  • Proactively identify new inquiry and maintain full information of opportunity
  • Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
  • Conduct frequent communication with customer by phone call, mail, written letter and visiting customer premises and build strong relationships
  •  Ensure minimum company sales target with high commitment
  •  Update customers profile (customer-by-customer) in the system
  • Produce timely and accurate daily report to Team Leader in Excel report

  • To issue invoice & internal sales, TWC (Toyota Warranty Claim)
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report (Lubricant & Painting report)
  • To prepare cash refund report
  • Prepare request over $100 (purchasing material or part for sold out to customer)
  • Prepare request for purchasing, repair, maintenance in W/shop (under & over $100)
  • Request and control on staff amenity and stationery
  • Follow up credit customer for time to settle payment and prepare summary bill every end of month
  • Control tool and equipment usage
  • Control on material stock (order & sold out) 
  • Prepare trip allowance (travel report)
  • Prepare SVC (Service Coupon) contract for customer
  • Other jobs as per assigned by CS Leader or Manager.


08/ IT Infrastructure Officer

Job Requirement

  • University degree in IT or other related fields
  • At least 1-year experience in IT or other related fields
  • Broad knowledge and experiences in VMware virtualization environment
  • Broad knowledge and experiences in IT support, network, security, etc.
  • Good at problem solving, communication skill, and ability to perform multi-tasks and prioritize workload

  • To develop After-Sales service annual and mid-year training plan
  • To ensure all technicians in each branch received fundamental training on Toyota System based on their skill and experience and other training such as Accessory Installation or Technical Instruction
  • To ensure all service advisors in each branch received fundamental training
  • To ensure all branch managers received fundamental training
  • To set up training KPI (All Training Programs) and monitoring on its progress/ performance
  • Together with customer service manager to set the target in the area of Fundamentals Enhancement
  • Together with customer service general manager to support all branch managers to install appropriate tools and to ensure work safety, high productivities, and good working environment
  • To conduct regularly branch visit to check tools and maintenance, requirement of new tools and technician implementation on work procedure, etc.
  • To fix check-list set by customer service and train technicians in each branch until they could fix the job
  • To manage on subordinate performance to ensure the target achievement by each individual staff
  • To ensure the awareness and implementation of safety measure during training in each branch workshop
