Position: Admin&HR Supervisor人事行政主管

Job Responsibilities:

1、公司员工定额编制的制定与修订。
2、根据各部门人员需求情况及时地组织人员招聘工作。
3、人事管理制度的制定、修订、执行、解释。
4、人员的任免、考勤、考绩、奖惩、差假、迁调等事项的审查办理。
5、员工教育与培养计划的拟订及实施。
6、员工关系的维系及促进。
7、员工违反公司规章与失职的调查及处理。
8、薪酬福利的制定与管理。
9、依员工考核、奖惩办法,审慎办理所属人员的考核、奖惩、升降等事项,并力求处理公平合理。
10、行政人事部门规章制度的建立、监管与实施,以及日常事务的监督及管理等。
11、上级交办的其它工作。
1. Formulation and revision of company staffing quota.
2. Organize  recruitment timely according to the needs of various departments.
3. Formulation, revision, implementation and interpretation of personnel management system.
4. Examination and management of personnel appointment and removal, attendance, performance appraisal, reward and punishment, vacation, relocation and other matters.
5. Formulation and implementation of employee education and training plans.
6. Maintenance and promotion of employee relations.
7. Investigation and treatment of employees' violation of company rules and dereliction of duty.
8. Formulation and management of salary and benefits.
9. According to the staff assessment, reward and punishment measures, carefully handle the assessment, reward, punishment, promotion and other matters of the staff members, and strive to handle fairness and reasonableness.
10. The establishment, supervision and implementation of the rules and regulations of Admin&HR department, as well as the supervision and management of daily affairs.

Job Requirements:

1、教育要求
行政管理、人力资源管理等专业,大专以上学历。
2、专业知识
接受过系统的行政管理、人力资源管理等相关知识的培训。
3、工作经验
具有5年以上行政人事主管级以上管理经验。
4、技能技巧
(1)熟悉行政、人事、后勤等日常管理。
(2)能独立起草各种文件和规章制度。
(3)熟悉人力资源管理六大模块,负责公司企业文化建设和企业形象宣传。
(4)善于交际,理解和应变能力强。
(5)具备较强的统筹规划和计划、协调能力。
(6)具有很强的亲和力、执行力和高度的责任感及指导下属、培训下属的能力。
(7)熟悉与政俯部门]办事程序。
(8)熟悉当地的劳动法。
(9) 工作相关其它能力。
1. Educational requirements
Administrative management, human resources management and other majors, college degree or above.
2. Professional knowledge
Received training in system administration, human resource management and other related knowledge.
3. Work experience
Have more than 5 years of administrative  human resource level management experience.
4. Skills
(1) Familiar with daily management such as administration,  human resource  and logistics.
(2) Able to independently draft various documents and rules and regulations.
(3) Familiar with the six modules of human resources management, responsible for the company's corporate culture construction and corporate image publicity.
(4) Good at communication, strong understanding and adaptability.
(5) Have strong overall planning, planning and coordination capabilities.
(6) Have strong affinity, execution and a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to instruct and train subordinates.
(7) Familiar with administrative departments] procedures.
(8) Familiar with local labor laws.
(9) Other job-related abilities.
