Reports to: Digital Distribution Manager

As the Digital Channels Support Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations & strategy of the team. This team will provide support on Card Production, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Scheme Billing and Profit & Charge, Process Development and produce MIS Report. You will also be involved in Digital related projects and will work with stakeholders to ensure that the quality of service is in place and to identify improvement opportunities.

Key accountabilities are -

  • Provide support on Card Production, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking.
  • Control card production and deliver within SLA timeline
  • Control Visa Card, Master Card and UPI Card billing and produce the report
  • Identify and recommend change initiatives to increase team productivity
  • Manage operational costs to achieve agreed financial targets and loss
  • Support manager in deliver digital banking related projects or initiative
  • Manage and deliver projects following to business needs & timeline
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting to maximise stakeholder’s satisfaction
  • Provide training and support to frontline staff on digital banking related products
  • Provide technical skill and development to teams delivering customer solutions
  • Identify and recommend change initiative to increase great customer experiences
  • Continuous improvement of processes & monitoring of operational cost reductions
  • Leading group of people to achieve the business goals
  • Alignment and adherence with J Trust Royal strategy, governance policies and processes standards

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • Experiences in digital banking area including internet banking, mobile banking & card production
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications includes Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Well understanding of Excel spreadsheet and formula function
  • Broaden know ledge in banking and technology
  • Strong desire to work in a team oriented
  • Would be able to lead a group of people
