01/. Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in management/marketing with 3-5 years’ experience in marketing
  • Experience working in automotive industry is highly preferably
  • Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team-work oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with management experience
  • Excellence knowledge of communication and convincing skill
  • Proficiency in English both writhing and speaking
  • Logical thinker, able to work efficiently with raw data, and provide analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point with good presentation skill

Job Description

  • In charge of all marketing activities (product, branding, Above The Line & Below The Line, digital) per annual marketing and report to management monthly
  • Formulate new marketing strategy based on available budget and achievement target
  • Communicate closely with branches/ related departments on marketing plans and support
  • Support on the communication with agency and team to make a smooth collaboration with successful result
  • Support product team to formulate the correct product and pricing strategy for Cambodia Market
  • Communicate and work closely with overseas TOYOTA team making sure all tasks done per plan
  • Oversea on PR planning and execution
  • In charge of market survey to see the market demand trend to make a right market approach strategy and bring the right product to the market
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager/GM


02/​​​​ Customer Relation Officer

Job Requirement

  • University degree in administration or other related fields (At least year 3)
  • Having an experience of call center or customer service is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of communication skill
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Good comment in English for Speaking, Writing, and Listening
  • Knowledge of Computer (Work, Excel, and Power point)
  • Honest, respect, flexible, responsible, hardworking, able to work under pressure

Job Description

  • Daily update customer feedback into system
  • Daily call to customer to seek for their feedback/complaint/inquiry with soft and proper manner
  • Be able to respond to customer properly once complain exist
  • Be able to identify customer’s concern and need
  • Ensure to finish daily and weekly report customer feedback to leader and manager
  • Follow up with dealer for checking the root cause of customer feedback/complain and pending issue
  • Request and control on staff amenity and stationery
  • Do general admin task in division (payment, travel, report…)
  • Other task assign by leader and manager 


03/ Area Sales Executive

Job Requirement

  • University degree in Marketing or other related field
  • At least 3 years working as an Outdoor or Area Sales
  • Be honest, integrity, and excellent attitude toward customer, team and company
  • Ability to work with Limited Supervision
  • Good Knowledge of communication in Khmer and English
  • Sound knowledge of automotive market
  • Willing to travel anywhere with a valid driving license
  • Good knowledge in computer skill

Job Description

  • Conduct outdoor new car sales activities to achieve the company target set
  • Build close relationship with customer and offer them choices to meet the demand
  • Perform tasks in proper plan and ready for the regular performance review
  • Update customer status and ensure live customer at all time
  • Seek support from superior in order to deliver the commitment
  • Update the market situations in the geographical area on a regular basis
  • Optimize tasks per the right process and ensure 100% compliance to company policy, guideline and especially Safety First

04/ Admin Senior Officer

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field
  • 1-year experience in accounting/credit officer or admin task (experience in Rental Service business is recommended)
  • Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh and service oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with sound English literature
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work hard, honest and self-motivated

Job Description

  • Assessment of Fleet Lease customer
  • Tracking the mileage:
    • GPS data monitoring
    • Report to Fleet Lease Assistant Manager of the mileage every month of all the Rental cars
  • Fixed Asset control (vehicle and GPS device)
  • Preparing and proceeding the contract of Car Rental Agreement
  • Supporting manager to make marketing material and tool development for Fleet Lease business
  • Receiving phone call in case of accident of Rental car
  • Delivering invoice and receipt
  • Managing event
  • Communicating with insurance agency for yearly term and condition
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor


05/ Customer Service Senior Officer

Job Requirement

  • University degree in General Management or other related fields
  • Good knowledge of communication
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement
  • Good at problem solving
  • Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job
  •  Logical thinker, able to work efficiently with raw data and provide analysis

Job Description

  • To set KPI for each dealer following the annual budget plan
  • To monitor performance and provide field support to each dealer through regular meeting for a better improvement
  • To develop visualize tool for supporting dealer operation
  • To ensure the good implementation of Customer Service process
  • To support on warranty policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • To collaborate with Customer Relation department to enhance appointment activity, Periodic Maintenance reminder, Post Service Follow Up, and
  • Customer Satisfaction Index to achieve high customer retention
  • To collaborate with Customer Service marketing for a better understanding on operation performance of
  • each dealer and seek for improvement

06/ Warehouse Officer

Job Description

  • To take care of dealer parts operation and ensure the storage technique
  • To ensure accuracy of Electronic Parts Catalogue usage to find right parts number and offer to service advisor to maximize Toyota Genuine Parts Sale
  • To perform stock transfer, receiving, binning, supplying parts to workshop and ensure proper monthly stock count in warehouse
  • To promote Fix-It-Right activity through Right Parts Supply
  • To monitor stock in proper inventory level and conduct monthly stock counting
  • To prepare daily lost sales record and follow up of back order
  • To cooperate with service advisors, conduct product proposal to boost parts, labor sales and role as service advisor as required

Job Description

  • Conduct all General Repair and periodic maintenance jobs
  • Be sure to understand customer's request and service advisor’s comment
  • Cooperate and share information to Service Advisors for better explanation to customers
  • Strictly inspect for additional repair jobs to boost sales of Toyota genie parts and labor sales
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and cleanliness
  • Avoid repeated repair or damage of customer's vehicles resulted from carelessness
  • Keep customer's vehicle clean and turn position of radio, seat and air conditioner to original position
  • Well inform to Service Advisors before starting to conduct additional repair jobs
  • Strictly communicate with leader for support to prevent conducting unreliable jobs
  • Fully support Service Advisors when conducting promotional campaign
  • Keep up-to-dates on the latest technical information such as technical service bulletins
  • Perform other task as assigned by Leader/Manager


08/ Sales Consultant (PP, SR, & BTB)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration /Management or related field

  • Good command of both spoken and written English

Job Description

  • Proactively identify new inquiry and maintain full information of opportunity
  • To identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
  • To conduct frequent communication with customer by phone call, mail, written letter and visit customer premises and build strong relationship
  • To ensure minimum company Sales Target with high commitment
  • To update your customer profile (customer-by-customer)
  • To ensure display in showroom are clean and create new idea of Showroom decoration when on showroom standby duty

  • Greeting customer and help them to buy/use Toyota Quality Service and Genuine Parts
  • Maximizing customer traffic in Workshop with high retention rate
  • Conduct quality check before delivery to make sure all jobs are done properly
  • Well explain to customers about all points of current repair done and invite them for next service
  • Use system to find correct parts number and check parts stock availability
  • Prepare quotation for both parts and service
  • Issue invoice for customers after the repairing is done
  • Record lost sales for both parts and service availability
  • Handle customers complaints based on fact
  • Conduct product proposal regularly to boost parts and labor sales
  • Do the follow up call to all pending product proposals and quotations and update the report to supervisor
