Job Title: Procurement Officer
Report to: Admin and Procurement Manager
Location: Head Office
Closing Date February 14, 2020
Job Responsibilities
- To consolidate and verify all purchase requests from head office, provincial and branch offices
- To perform full functions of purchasing from preparing purchasing request to goods delivery
- To analyze before purchased goods or service, this involves for full activities of procurement
- Negotiate the best deal with suppliers to ensure best quality of services and products.
- To prepare purchase order, draft contract, and payment to suppliers if required
- To assist purchasing manager to prepare and follow up purchasing plan follow admin policy
- Provide all relevant documents to finance for prepare the payment
- Follow up and ensure the purchased goods and service are deliver on time
- To perform internal control on timely basis to ensure the compliance and risks protected
- To do other tasks required by purchasing manager
Qualification and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking or Management
- At least 2 years relevant work experience in banking or micro finance
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and strong analytical
- Computer and Microsoft office
- Good communication skills, English and Khmer
- Work independently without close supervision
- Good in problem solving and analysis skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Honest and positive attitude
